Are the products I purchased original?

All of our products are sold with the permission of brand sales officials. We sell the safest and original products by obtaining sales authorization certificates from brands. We do not sell any fake products. This is a very important principle for us. To give the short answer to your question; Yes, our products are original.

How does the process work when I place an order?

First of all, congrats on your order. After your order is paid for, it's our turn. Your order information is sent to us immediately. Our colleagues immediately forward your address to our colleagues in the warehouse. Currently we only have warehouse in USA. Our colleagues in the warehouse in the USA will immediately pick up your product from the shelves, box it and deliver it to the cargo company within 48 hours at the latest. Your cargo tracking number will be notified to you immediately after this process.

I want to return the product. What should I do?

After your product return request is sent to us, a shipping barcode will be sent to you within 24 hours. With this cargo barcode, you can easily return it without paying any fee by going to the nearest branch of the cargo company we have specified. Your money will be refunded as soon as you ship your product.

My order is damaged. What should I do?

First of all, stay calm. You have done your shopping with us. According to the damage of the product, we either return the product from you and send a new one. Or, we process and ship your new product immediately without the hassle of returning the damaged product to you. It's that easy!
