#1 Raise your office chair
Raise your office chair up. If you have a plastic cylinder cover, pull it down until you can see the metal cylinder.
Take the spacers out of the package.
#2 Put first spacer in place
Put the spacer around the cylinder and close it until it snaps.
#3 Use other spacers to set correct height
The package contains 3 spacers.
Select 1 to 3 spacers to best cover the exposed cylinder and adjust for the right height.
